Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At Punisher Vault, we stand behind the quality of our gear. Please review the policy below before initiating a return, exchange, or warranty claim.


30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

Accepted

  • Size exchanges (Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund)
  • Unwanted items in new condition (Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund)

Not Accepted

  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or worn and are not affected by a manufacturing defect

Shipping Issues & Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photos are required.
  • We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund once verified.
  • Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.

5-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All Punisher belts are backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal training use.

Covered

  • Stitching failure
  • Hardware or buckle failure
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing issues

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care

Approved warranty claims will be replaced, not refunded.


How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim

Email support@punishervault.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return, exchange, or warranty claim
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved. Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing occurs within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
