- 7mm profile for a balance of support and mobility
- Padded lumbar panel for comfortable bracing
- Flexible from day one with no break-in period
- Built for volume, not just max attempts
Most belts are built for max effort, not real sessions.
They’re overly stiff, uncomfortable, and usually worn only when absolutely necessary. Instead of supporting consistent training, they’re tightened for a single heavy lift and removed right after.
Why 7mm?
7mm is built for training. Thicker 10mm belts are made for maximal attempts and extreme rigidity. A 7mm belt gives you real bracing support while still allowing natural movement through working sets and longer sessions.
Designed for lifters who train frequently.
The Punisher 7mm Training Belt is built for lifters who want consistent support without unnecessary stiffness during regular training sessions.
Padded lumbar support that reduces pressure points.
A padded lumbar panel spreads pressure across the lower back, reducing the sharp pressure points that cause rib, hip, and lower back discomfort with traditional belts. The 7mm thickness provides structural support for bracing while remaining flexible enough to stay on through multiple lifts and working sets.
Not a competition belt. A training tool.
This is not a competition-grade belt built for one maximal lift. It’s a training belt meant to be worn for squats, deadlifts, accessories, and general strength work without needing to take it off between sets.
Is this belt right for you?
This belt is for you if:
- You train 4–6 days per week
- You want support across working sets, not just PR attempts
- You want support without the stiffness of a 10mm competition belt
- You’ve worn stiff belts that dig into your ribs, hips, or lower back
- You want one belt you can keep on for most of your training
This belt is not for you if:
- You want the stiffest belt possible for competition lifts
- You only wear a belt for maximal attempts
- You prefer extremely rigid, competition-grade support
