Recently ordered a lifting sleeve. The wrong product showed up, but here is the best part. Punisher informed me the wrong product was sent before it arrived. They track their inventory. Once it arrived I confirmed with them it was not correct (they sent straps). It was an easy text to them. They 2 day shipped the correct item. When it arrived they also added wrist wraps, camp straps, beanie, key chain and stickers for the troubles and I got to keep the original straps sent incorrectly. Their customer service is stellar and great products. Highly recommend them!!!!!
